If there’s an issue with your order

(incorrect item, defect, or fault on our end), we’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement or full refund.

To request this, contact us at support@blackedout.io with your order number and a quick explanation of the issue.

If you’ve selected the wrong size or colour, you have a 24-hour window after purchase to request a change. After this, orders are processed and cannot be modified.

We only accept returns for items that are:

• Unworn
• In original condition
